There is no cpu-setting for avx-512 it just gets enabled by default. If you want to see if avx-512 is recognized you just open RPCS3, and look at the top line in the log next to your CPU. It lists the supported extensions. AVX-512 will be used as long as its listed there. Thank you so much @Asinin3 and @MSuih, I saw it in the log!
