They enforce their requirements, but that ends up making the trail experience more enjoyable. Less litter, better kept trails, and less crazy traffic and drunk idiots looking to get killed. WINDROCK PARK. Windrock Park’s 72,000 acres make it the largest privately owned riding area in the country. The trails are suitable for everything from mountain bikes to full-size 4WD trucks, though the majority of users are ATVs and UTVs. Windrock Bike Park, Oliver Springs, Tennessee's year round shuttle park, is open again after a little hiatus due to weather. The park was hit with an unseasonable snowstorm last week and forced to shut its doors for a little while.
