It doesn't cycle when I press the the Cycle or Empty buttons ...Make sure it's at home position with a solid blue light. Open the app, tap the box in the screen, tap Contols at the bottom right, then tap Information. At the bottom of that screen, it should say Update Firmware. Tap it and wait a few minutes.
