Army fitness requirements

To score well on the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT), you'll need more than just aerobic endurance. Unlike the APFT, the ACFT also requires strength, power, stability, agility, and coordination. Training for this test will require deliberate training efforts to develop comprehensive fitness.
