On January 10th, 2009 this coin was found by Billy Crawford in a coin roll. This is the only known Billy noticed the coin had a strange obverse that appears to be a struck through. Next, he flipped the coin over and noticed that it had a rotated reverse. About 55-60 degrees. But, when he noticed that the coin had a Wide AM he was truly shocked!
